If you’ve been paying any attention, you might have noticed that on 6 June Wales celebrated 10 years since being declared a Fair Trade Nation!
We had parties, shared memories, happy birthday messages and finished it all off with a Fair Trade Way. It was a fabulous and exhausting day. What you might not know, is that in the background to all this we have been thinking not just about the past 10 years, but also about the future.
Ten years is a long time, and a lot of things have changed in the Fair Trade arena and the world at large. Causes for justice are always a journey. So we’re taking this opportunity to ask you what being a Fair Trade Nation could look like in the future, and what is great about what’s already been done. This will help us plan for the future and feed into international discussions on the subject.
Please do fill out our survey. It’s four minutes if you’re quick, with lots of space to add more if you’ve got a lot to say.
The survey closes midday on Thursday 26 July.
